The goal of the Consortium of Moldovan Partners Program is to support strong consultancy and/or training CSOs to build a Consortium of Moldovan Partners that will provide support services to Moldovan CSOs.

 

AED and Consortium of Moldovan Partners will join their effort and activities to improve the NGOs capacities and support civil society in Moldova  to become more transparent, constituent-driven, financially viable, and credible to general public.
 
CMP Members are organizations that show a greater interest in developing civil society and have extensive experience and expertise in organizational development of NGOs and other relevant areas. Thus, following an open competition four member organizations were selected:

 

	Center for Organisational Training and Consultancy (CICO)
	Center for National Assistance and Information of NGOs from Moldova  (CONTACT)
	Center  "Partnership for Development" (CPD)
	Resource Center of Moldovan Nongovernmental Organizations for Human Rights (CReDO)

 

 

Provided services and activities:

 

• Facilitation of the organizational assessment and providing assistance in identifying the organizational development priorities of the Agenda for Change Program (ACP) Grantees;

 

• Providing specialized services and tailored training, coaching and consultancy in organizational development  for ACP and Inspire Program Grantees;

 

• Organization and delivery at both national and regional level (including Transnistria) of various initiatives and actions for achieving the MCSSP objectives, such as:

- Civil Society Cluster Clubs
- Thematic workshops
- Public Policy Forums
- Internship programs, exchange of experience
- Analyses and studies relevant to the NGO sector etc.
