VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT : Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant

Moldova Civil Society Strengthening Program (MCSSP), which is funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and implemented by the Academy for Educational Development (AED), is recruiting a short term Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant. The consultant is expected to perform during 15 full working days in the timeframe July 1 – 25, 2010. The main responsibilities of the position include:
- Assist the Program team in developing the Implementation Plan for the next year;
- Revise the existing Performance Monitoring and Evaluation Plan;
- Provide support and consultancy in monitoring and evaluation related matters.
Qualifications and skills required:
- Progressive work experience in project monitoring and evaluation;
- Excellent knowledge of English. Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- University degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Social Sciences or other related fields.
