CONSORTIUM OF MOLDOVAN PARTNERS

The Moldova Civil Society Strengthening Program (MCSSP) is seeking applications (concept papers) from Moldovan nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) with the strong capacities to work jointly with AED to enhance the skills of NGOs in Moldova to effectively represent their constituencies and citizen interests, to improve their internal management and governing structures and increase their financial viability.

Applicant Profile: NGOs with strong consultancy or/and training skills and experience in providing support services to NGOs in Moldova.

Application process: Concept Papers must be submitted no later than January 15th, 2010, 1700 local time to AED’s office (202 Stefan cel Mare Ave, 8th floor Chisinau, MD-2004).

Grant Size: between 650.000 and 1.000.000 MDL for two years (depending on the numbers of grants awarded), including 10% of the overall grant amount earmarked for organizational development activities.

Project duration: 2 years.

On December 28, 2009, at 15.00, in AED’s office will be organized the bidders’ conference.
