Notice of Receiving Bids for purchasing of a Telephone System

AED/ Moldova Civil Society Strengthening Program is pleased to announce a request for proposals on purchasing of a mini telephone system for its office in Chisinau. The basic requirements are:
The telephone system will have at least 5 external lines and 12 internal lines;
Brand: any known as long as the project can ensure the existence of local maintenance and warranty;The proposals will be submitted in English language, with company’s stamp and responsible sales manager’s signature applied;The total price will include the price of equipment and installation;
The total price will be indicated in Moldovan Lei;The above equipment specifications represent the minimum requirements.Line voltage specification: 220V, 50Hz, type C, E or F electric plug.Equipment technical specifications must be described in details; term of warranty and term of delivery must be expressly stated.The offer must include the quote validity term. In case the term is not stipulated expressly, the offer will be considered valid for an indefinite period.
